Hi, I'm Aja McNair, Ed.S

I'm an educational consultant who is best known for my ability to transform any learning environment by adding a little structure and planning while not forgetting to add a lot of FUN & LEARNING. 

With over a decade of being in education, I've taught various things from years in pre-kindergarten to years in fifth grade. So, you can say I've been on each end of the spectrum. I know what children need to get started in school and where they need to be at the end of elementary. 

My last five years in education has been spent as an elementary administrator where I served as the school's curriculum specialist. This means I teach parents and teachers everything they need to know about teaching and learning.

I continuously use my experiences as both an educator and a mom of a preschooler to help parents like you transform their learning environment so that children everywhere can have a firm foundation with a love for learning.
